Why should I report an Issue with LikeRead?

The same story lines can be found on other sites with fully completed books for free.I was logged out of my account in like read then when I tried to log in again its stated your current network is poor., click retry to enter the application..I don't have a problem with the internet/data connection on my phone.. I tried to clear data., uninstall and install theapp again but still I can't open the app.. It's been going on for 3 days now..I love this app.

2. I'm reading 3 books right now just for the sake of coins and I am supposed to read for more 30 mins to unlock a chapter which means a new book again 😅😂.

3. It's useless this way and plus where is my reading time??? I would like to have a timer.The books are interesting but some of us in Africa don't have easy and simple ways of buying the coins to continue reading... It would have been better if there was an option of buying da coins with simply data.

4. If I was the author of the books your uploading I'd be irate with their work.I've been using this app for a little over 2 years now or so, and to sum up all my problems 1- the chapters are very expensive and daily check-in and work does not help unlock more than one chapter, sometimes none.

5. Even if you try and earn coins you need to read 1 chapter a day and end up starting a new book each day.

6. Even a hardbound book is better even when it usually cost around $30.While the story is good it takes too many coins to unlock a single chapter.

7. I'm stuck on the book Summer Sweetheart and honestly having to spend so much money just to purchase a few coins is annoying especially since the amount added up can purchase a published book.

8. And another thing, the chapters are too many yet each chapter end in just a few seconds consuming lots of coins.Many times now I claimed the bonus coins, but didn't get them.

9. You have to spend half an hour in the App just to get those few coins (often enough for only 1 chapter a day), but when they are not given to you despite the lost time it's really infuriating.

10. Seriously need to allow readers to earn free coins more often.The app is easy to use.

11. So people pay certain fixed amount monthly, quarterly or yearly, to read books for free.

1. Fix LikeRead Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart LikeRead: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the LikeRead App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LikeRead" » Open LikeRead » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LikeRead » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear LikeRead app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LikeRead servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LikeRead" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check LikeRead app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LikeRead might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall LikeRead. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LikeRead then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing LikeRead not working

2. Fix LikeRead Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make LikeRead be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to LikeRead not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, LikeRead may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
