1. This is gold for someone studying the language, as well as, I hope, for native German speakers.Great for any German learner! The word search is simple and even permits various forms of the same word as input.
2. However, the app can use some improvements, it would be great if there were a way to take notes and export bookmarked words.Best German dictionary (in German) that I could find.
3. A bigger indent could do.Really nice way of presenting data from different sources which are very useful because each resource introduce different explanation with examples.
4. All you need at the same spot: pronunciation, gender, verb tenses and brief / simple definitions in German.
5. Furthermore, the presentation of the results is somewhat inconsistent: e.g. sometimes there is a full table of conjugated/declined forms and sometimes there isn't; the definition quality varies significantly.Better than the paid dictionaries from bigger companies.
6. But if I'm on home page again and press back I should leave app, not directing to page within app for previously searched word.Amazing! Excellent tool for B2 & C1 learners.
7. For example, German definitions, then English possible translations, for when we don't understand the explanations in German. The best app I have used so far, and I had used many.
8. This app displays the meaning of a word from different sources with every possible context in which a word can be used.
9. I find it very useful, and an acceptable substitute for a paper dictionary.
10. The output is a great compilation of meanings and examples, followed by grammar tables.
11. It would be great if we could choose what sections appear in the dictionary.
