1. Scrolling inside some profiles is a bit buggy but otherwise the app is okay.Good app just need some updates, the main thing is all my videos that I have edited and combined clips to make a complete highlight video, they will not show up, i can only upload the original unedited videos, no matter what folder i put the completed videos in, this app will not pick them up for upload, and you can't edit in app, so please update this for a more user friendly experience.The app is great but I just have one problem.

The mentioned issue, as well as glaring spelling and grammar mistakes in the app's copy, has led to a poor first impression and this app being perilously close to getting uninstalled from not only my phone but also from my consciousness as an alternative to other competently ran social media apps.Problem with creating an account.

I wish there was a little more clarity on how the import from Instagram is going and some form of notification/acknowledgement of errors that I can fix along the way.It's cool but I cannot share my posts because the share button is smack underneath the battery/wifi/notification bar and I can't click it.

4. For example: you can post Instagram style, YouTube style and TikTok style but they all won't show up in the same place or feed.

5. It's essentially a social media platform that gives you the option to get make money from the content you post.So far so good.

6. In the time since I've installed this app, I've made several attempts to post content, with the app crashing each and every try, which kinda sorta probably definitely defeats the purpose of the app.

7. ~ After repeated tries discovered that I have to press the space just above the sign in option that is at the bottom right of the sign up button.

8. I would post a video and someone else's face would show up on the top left with their view count and likes.

9. When I go to setup my payment profile, it always says "Server Error" when trying to complete it.

10. After providing my sign up info and all checked green I pressed "sign up" and nothing happened.

1. Fix Fanbase Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Fanbase: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Fanbase App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Fanbase" » Open Fanbase » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Fanbase » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Fanbase app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Fanbase servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Fanbase" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Fanbase app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Fanbase might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Fanbase. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Fanbase then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Fanbase not working

2. Fix Fanbase Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Fanbase be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Fanbase not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Fanbase may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
