Why should I report an Issue with GO Radar?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

Useless.I subscribed to check if this app was a complete scam as you can cancel for free befor 7 days and it turns out yes it's a complete scam! does not work at all and it shows you ads... if it's a paid subscription why would they run ads?? because there whole business model is based on ad revenue for nothing in return and the hope that people forget to cancel their trial... this should not be on the app store and the creators should be charged with fruadCash grab.

2. I could not read the first option but the app says that it is a free trial but I could not get past this screen without selecting between an option I could not read or a paid option.

3. Also they say it's $0.00 but Google Play says I will be charged XYZ amount today, then after trail period is over I'd be paying full price.

4. the subscription is also 12.99. good thing they had a free trial.

5. You only have the option to radar the Pokémon of the first generation.

6. It asks you to sign up to a trial so it tricks you into charging you if you don't know how to cancel it.

7. I strongly suggest Google to remove this App from the store and forbid this publisher forever.I can't say if it works but app is suspicious.

8. The problem is not in the amount, it is in the way it's asked of us.1 app doesn't work at all it only shows new York and won't let me log in to add a new map.

11. I was greeted in the app firstly with 4 options, the first one in what I think was Thai and the following 3 in English.

1. Fix GO Radar Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart GO Radar: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the GO Radar App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GO Radar" » Open GO Radar » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GO Radar » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear GO Radar app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GO Radar servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GO Radar" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check GO Radar app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GO Radar might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall GO Radar. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GO Radar then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GO Radar not working

2. Fix GO Radar Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GO Radar be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to GO Radar not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, GO Radar may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
