When I've uninstall and then reinstalled on my phone, then tried to remove the ads, it says I already own the paid version yet the version on my phone still shows loads of locked games and has ads on it! Any way of fixing this? Kids do love the games.The games are really nice, but they are too difficult for my 2 year old right now.

2. I think this game is brilliant cause I was getting my injection today and when I played this game it helped me very much for the reward I got five stickers! I would recommend to 3 or 4 year olds and up.My son is 3 and was playing this game and got super frustrated because even though it shows in the picture a triangle is suppose to be in the box it doesn't let him do it (I tried and tried again) it was not working for me as well and I got frustrated so I'm deleting the app now.

Wish I could include a video to show how much it did not make sense that it would not let us put the triangle in the correct spotIdea for creating app is nice and educational however, needs a few more improvements like the puzzles, some shapes even if it's the last one and is correct won't fit into the space.

5. The ads are honestly so intrusive, it's bordering extortion.The games are great so I purchased the ad free version on my tablet for my youngest to play easily.

   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Kid-E-Cats. Educational Games" » Open Kid-E-Cats. Educational Games » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Kid-E-Cats. Educational Games » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Kid-E-Cats. Educational Games app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Kid-E-Cats. Educational Games servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Kid-E-Cats. Educational Games" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Kid-E-Cats. Educational Games app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Kid-E-Cats. Educational Games might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Kid-E-Cats. Educational Games. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Kid-E-Cats. Educational Games then reinstall.
