Why should I report an Issue with DeerCast: Weather, Maps, Track?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Great tool for the avid hunter!This is a fantastic deer app., has tons of extra information not only on forecasting movements and weather, but also has some great videos related to many aspects of hunting.

2. It's obviously beneficial to be able to view the week hourly to see how the weather is changing but it'd be nice to be able to choose only 1 day to determine the weather for that day and that day alone.This app was amazing when it first came out.

Would like to see a general wind direction on the daily summary versus just an aarow indicating wind direction, ex: wnw, s, ssw, etc... on the hourly tab, it'd be helpful to have the ability to zoom into the day you are looking at to get specific hourly forecast for just that day versus having it show everything.

4. Buggy, but still nice.What a shame, this is a pretty good idea and has a handy kind of style the could be one of the most highly sought after apps in the store for hunters and outdoor adventurers.

5. Within a few days (and even overnight), the projected forecast intended to base plans around may suddenly go from great to poor.

6. So I'm paying for information to get a 5+ day heads up, only to have weather swing wildly on me and then the "Deercast" is useless.

7. If the missing features I listed are in the app, then I didn't see it and would rate higher.Tried the free version last year.

8. I love everything hunting!!! And have always loved the Drury series... my favorite! But, this year, this app has been buffering nonstop.

9. (Like every other app does at this level.So far app looks very informative, obviously the more useful info requires a paid subscription, but it's a business.

1. Fix DeerCast Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart DeerCast: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the DeerCast App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DeerCast" » Open DeerCast: Weather, Maps, Track » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DeerCast » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear DeerCast: Weather, Maps, Track app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DeerCast servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DeerCast: Weather, Maps, Track" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check DeerCast app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DeerCast might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall DeerCast. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DeerCast then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DeerCast not working

2. Fix DeerCast Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DeerCast be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DeerCast not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DeerCast may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
