1. I had to delay one flight by about an hour just to reinstall the app on tablet and phone because both were stuck on the start screen.Buggy. Can never refresh the weather.
2. The flight planning is difficult to manipulate, lacking basic functions such as being able drag a waypoint to a different point the nav log order once entered, making on-the-fly changes dangerous for IFR.
3. The downloads and updates are also constantly hanging up – requiring restart and long periods of sorting and searching for what you want, and if you use the “download all” it needs 30gb and will loose it if you have to reset for the first issues.
4. At least give users the option - they can decide on their phone version/ screen size, etc.Use this on a Samsung Galaxy TAB S2 and a Garmin GDL-50 (not required).
5. To the point that if certain items in the menus are selected (such as demo mode or any IFR overlay), the app crashes and must be deleted and reinstalled to return functionality, it has no "self heal" capability.
6. Absolutely love it on my Galaxy Tab S8, which adds the extra benefit of the stylus on split screen for taking notes without switching away from the map.
7. The app has gone so downhill it's starting to become entertaining just seeing how they manage to out-do themselves with new bugs.I've used GP Android since it was first released.
8. Will go back up to 5 stars once the recently introduced performance issue on split screen with the scratch pad is resolved.Poor quality.
9. Now, with nearly every update, the Android version has become continuously buggy and routinely locks up or crashes at critical times.
10. Some of the functions are a little clunky (getting to airport details, for example), and I have seen the same issues some have mentioned here with download queuing not always behaving.
11. I can get all the other features, but the Scratch Pad is important for taking down weather and clearances, etc.
