Why should I report an Issue with French - English offline dict.?

1. DIC-o French - English and English - French off-line dictionary with pronunciations (61000 translations).

1. More like translating phrases/sentences.This definitely the best offline translator! I just wish there were more words coz sometimes, I find the word in my English and French dictionary but won't find it on the app! But anyway, I've tried different translating apps and I can guarantee satisfaction with this one !A good basic dictionary but does not give grammatical details of words.

2. It is just a dictionary in English compiled together with a dictionary on French with no programmed concordance of english to french meaning, nor vice versa.

3. Why didn't the Italian English component evolve like the others ? We'd also like more languages, combinations (pairs) and pronunciation for other than English.

1. Fix French Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart French: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the French App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "French" » Open French - English offline dict. » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for French » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear French - English offline dict. app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from French servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "French - English offline dict." » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check French app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, French might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall French. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall French then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing French not working

2. Fix French Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make French be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to French not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, French may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
