7. EDIT - I reinstalled the app and it started working all right! I changed rating to 4 star, it would be 5 if I could practice just with notes, not with the bats.I've only just tested the intro tutorial but I'm very impressed with the application.

8. Note for people having problems: tune down the volume of your device, it helps.Software works well when using a headset and microphone.

9. We were so impressed by the fun and easy way it was to learn to play our flute/recorder with “Flute Master”.

1. Fix Learn recorder Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Learn recorder: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Learn recorder App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Learn recorder" » Open Learn recorder: Flute Master » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Learn recorder » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Learn recorder: Flute Master app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Learn recorder servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Learn recorder: Flute Master" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Learn recorder app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Learn recorder might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Learn recorder. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Learn recorder then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Learn recorder not working

2. Fix Learn recorder Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Learn recorder be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Learn recorder not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Learn recorder may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
