1. You'll never drive people to your service if they get the impression that the free version is designed to screw you into purchasing a paid subscription, and you won't keep paid customers if the premium experience isn't so great.
2. it feels like all the account are fake, and there doesn't seem to be a reasonable way for communication to take place unless you have a premium account. You cant upload a picture unless you connect your profile to Facebook.
3. When you can't seem to properly sort people by distance, I can't help but be skeptical of the accuracy of the other sorting methods.
4. Since you can't seem to manage proximity-based sorting, at least have the decency to allow users (even if only paid users) the opportunity to choose multiple cities at once in the filters.
5. Spent my entire day's worth of free swipes to say I'm not interested in people from Texas, California, and Florida when filtered for Minnesota.
6. Put that information on the photo upload screen or something so you're not getting tons of bad reviews for removing people's photos as a result of your unclear policies.
7. So, here I am, only a couple of days into a month-long subscription, having run out of local "matches" because Casualx can't seem to make the free experience better.
8. 6) Provide people with a free LOCAL match each day, or let people choose the match.
9. You know, it's okay to want money for your app, but when the free model for your app hurts the paid model for your app, you really need to go back to the drawing board and come up with a way of making the service attractive for both groups.
10. These two apps are very unique in terms of the audience they seek compared to other "dating" apps, and it's a shame that they both do so much wrong. The location match feature doesn't work.
11. I seems to be a really big waste of time & money.Waste of money! Buy a months membership so I can message people, no one answers.
