1. There was no idle time! No answers to my request to correct the charge via email or the app.Useless. One of those apps where you have to provide all your personal information to get a basic service.Worst charging app ever used.
2. Sometimes leaves charging session on even when you leave.Can't go past the "Enable notifications and localization" screen, even after manually allowing the permissions.I find the map crashes sometimes but so far using it to charge has been fine.
3. Only positive thing is that the online help llowed me to charge again even if account suspended (so at least we can bring the car back to the car rental agency).The app is not working, it keeps crashing when i scroll in the map.
4. Credit card was validated, but impossible to make payments, tried with different cards and all failed (I have Belgian credit cards).
5. Got charged 49 Euro idle penalty for 900 minutes on top of the charging fee of 25 Euro.
6. Even when the charging station says it's not working the app gets it going.
7. After adding a card there's a screen saying it was successful, but then it doesn't redirect back to the app, instead there's broken page and it doesn't go any further.
8. Happy to update my review if this gets resolved... EDIT: I did "solve it" by using my wife's iphone.
9. Admin support useless and gone silent, even if I offered several time to pay by wire transfer.
10. Not a fix!Recharged the car for 6 hours, stopped the charging, disconnected, and moved the car.
11. Had some issues with credit cards but got it working.
