BeerXchange Customer Insights

1. I used to really like this app, but the newest update doesn't scroll on the installed device, which means that when I try to edit something in my collection, the keyboard tries to open over the edit area, which then immediately forces the keyboard to close.

2. However the untappd ratings are not updated accross often enoughgood stuff guys! from jeff @ grotta azzurraApp is completely borked.

3. Or am I missing something? Rating will go back up if this functionality is put back.Amazing cataloging system, ties in seamlessly with untappd.

4. Especially if I click the Drink button which takes me to Untappd.

5. When I hit Login it takes me to Untappd login screen once I log into there it takes me to Untappd and never back to BeerXchange.

6. Cannot get to view my collection.Please add Barcode scans!! I don't want to search for hundreds of beers.

7. This means that I can't edit anything...What the hell just happened? Been using this app for years and loved it.

8. Untappd has bar codes and you said it integrates? Also when I check one in to Untappd it should remove one from cellar.

9. With this new update I can't sort my collection by "drink by" anymore.

10. I have to scroll through the entire monthly calendar to go back, then it doesn't stick anyway.

11. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, logging out and in, and still nothing.Y this is awrso for commercial beer.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix BeerXchange Issues

1. Fix BeerXchange Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart BeerXchange: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the BeerXchange App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BeerXchange" » Open BeerXchange » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BeerXchange » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear BeerXchange app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BeerXchange servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BeerXchange" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check BeerXchange app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BeerXchange might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall BeerXchange. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BeerXchange then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BeerXchange not working


2. Fix BeerXchange Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BeerXchange be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BeerXchange not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BeerXchange may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
