Zoom and brightness are good features to have.I downloaded the mirror and was very surprised to find all I got was a framed white screen with a green rectangle trimmed in black pushed all the visible buttons never got a mirror do disappointingWow! I can actually turn my tablet into a mirror because of this app! It's perfect as far as I'm concerned.

Would help if the creator could explain this one.I am at my moms house and trying to take out my contacts and forgot to bring my magnifying mirror and really was having a really hard time taking them out... About to give up when i realized they probably have an app that i can download to help me.

1. Fix Mirror Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Mirror: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Mirror App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Mirror" » Open Mirror - Zoom & Exposure - » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Mirror » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Mirror - Zoom & Exposure - app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Mirror servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mirror - Zoom & Exposure -" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Mirror app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mirror might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Mirror. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mirror then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Mirror not working

2. Fix Mirror Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Mirror be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Mirror not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Mirror may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
