Why should I report an Issue with Scribbl - Photo & Video Effect?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of axndx to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. I think they should consider a "long press" as a "fill", like using a fountain pen, so you can fill areas easily and intuitively, then tou shoil be able to move you finger after selecting the "width" of the fill area so make thinker lines as an added bonus, again, intuition should be your goal.

2. If u erase a segment, pieces will still show on final video (even tho its completely gone form editing frame) If this app had flip-a-clip like options, it myt be worth it.

3. $32 a month, cant do that anymore, just too much.I like this app a lot, I was going to give it 4 stars because I wanted somethings to be added but I gave it 5 bc why not Things I would love to see: - tracking feature when you draw something in a certain place it's stays there unless u change it.

4. It makes adding neon animation to videos so easy and simple compared to other applications that normally take weeks/months to master.

5. - the new update is very dope but something I would add to it is an option to add your own animation so u can use them later.Absolutely incredible app! However I would like you to consider a little longer video time, maybe 15 seconds.

6. I am aware that the Video Editing is still in Beta Testing but I think the video should be moved up a bit to allow us to use the frame scroller more easily.

7. Beta testing is kinda what I do and the video editing is in pretty good shape.

8. It forces people to look elsewhere for other options or for less especially when the app crashes or loads the videos and won't process them.

9. Wait.... Does that say $60 a month for this app?I'm so happy with this app, I've had it for a while now, and the draw on video beta program has just gotten better and better since then.

10. I will give 5 stars when I am able to edit videos.Runs slow as heck even on high-end phones.

1. Fix Scribbl Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Scribbl: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Scribbl App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Scribbl" » Open Scribbl - Photo & Video Effect » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Scribbl » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Scribbl - Photo & Video Effect app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Scribbl servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Scribbl - Photo & Video Effect" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Scribbl app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Scribbl might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Scribbl. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Scribbl then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Scribbl not working

2. Fix Scribbl Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Scribbl be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Scribbl not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Scribbl may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
