1. I would give five stars if the desktop in the app synced better.They allow me to use the commercial account of mine for a few weeks then as I'm getting started building customer they shut my account as inactive and not a single person has been professional and tell me what I need to do to get it reactivatedThe login process is annoying.

2. All my vehicle history is now gone, all my parts in my cart for multiple vehicles is gone, when I add parts to my cart, they don't show up & the quote total stays at $0.

3. Vehicles don't change when you select them, parts in your cart randomly disappear and won't let you add parts, orders never show up at the store.

4. My Autozone store is great and very helpful.Love it.. Easy to use and practically the only mobile parts ordering app for professional shops.

5. This app has awesome potential, but it's currently a dysfunctional mess.Can order online and skip the phone calls and line waits!! Absolutely great for any commercial business!! Update, app now has more issues than before.Great app .

6. Also, doesn't show some vehicles in your history, even seen you've just done a confirmed order.

7. However the vehicles list doesn't sync up with the desktop application.

8. Now I can't select a vehicle and the vehicles in my history are all gone.

10. It's convenient when it works, which is most of the time, and a nightmare when it doesn't.Very convenient for on the go ordering.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix AutoZonePro Issues

1. Fix AutoZonePro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart AutoZonePro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the AutoZonePro App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AutoZonePro" » Open AutoZonePro Mobile » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AutoZonePro » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear AutoZonePro Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AutoZonePro servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AutoZonePro Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check AutoZonePro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AutoZonePro might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall AutoZonePro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AutoZonePro then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AutoZonePro not working


2. Fix AutoZonePro Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AutoZonePro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AutoZonePro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AutoZonePro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
