1. It used to be great app at first then different problems started happening, it wouldn't search for flowers using colours, or typing 8n flower name stopped working , now I can't even open the app it just keeps coming up with error message and closes down, very disappointing as there are no other apps like this for florist to identify cut flowers and their availability during the year.Can't sign up with email, gives and error message.

2. Tried with Facebook and it say it's in developer mode so you can't sign up unless you get a code or something similar.Takes way too long to navigate, or has bugs all the time (currently I can't select availability, a couple of months ago I couldn't select the flower profile)Poor app.

3. Very disappointingnot responding to anything I try and look at..ok searching the flowers but when I touch it to have a closer look like the availability it will not do anything.doesn't work anymore.

4. It used to be good but now you can't even sign in without a load of errors.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix FlowerBook Issues

1. Fix FlowerBook Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart FlowerBook: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the FlowerBook App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FlowerBook" » Open FlowerBook » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FlowerBook » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear FlowerBook app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FlowerBook servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FlowerBook" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check FlowerBook app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FlowerBook might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall FlowerBook. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FlowerBook then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FlowerBook not working


2. Fix FlowerBook Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FlowerBook be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FlowerBook not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FlowerBook may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
