Clicking on an individual station should not automatically open a link to the NWS forecast, this makes using the app take nearly twice as long as it should because you have to wait for the site to load and then back out every time you want to see the 24 hour charts.When attempting to use functions within the app, the app crashes every time.

2. Before this bug the app was perfect.Has stopped working! Used this app all the time, but will not open anymore on Android (Pixel running OS 10), still works on my iPad.

3. Now when a station is clicked on the web browser opens and takes you to the NWD forecast page instead of the data pages in the app.

4. Second, upon selecting a station, the NWS forecast pops up in a new window rather than on it's proper tab (forecast tab is blank).

5. The app crashes constantly on most devices, the android version desperately needs an update to continue being functional.

1. Fix West Texas Mesonet Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart West Texas Mesonet: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the West Texas Mesonet App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "West Texas Mesonet" » Open West Texas Mesonet » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for West Texas Mesonet » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear West Texas Mesonet app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from West Texas Mesonet servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "West Texas Mesonet" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check West Texas Mesonet app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, West Texas Mesonet might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall West Texas Mesonet. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall West Texas Mesonet then reinstall.
