Can be quite slow and often crashes when loading up the artwork.Says server unavailable or no network (As I post this review online) combined with the non starter pc based vr experience (0% loading on in game experiences) there seems to be a support problem with Acute...Doesn't work on Google pixel 2, no visuals or sound.

2. Downloaded it, gave some of the artworks a try, and it was just a black screen for each of them.Does not work on my Huawei mobile, only hear sound no visuals! Tried uninstalling and reinstalling... still nothing to see; very disappointing.Nice idea but the app is quite buggy.

1. Fix Acute Art X Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Acute Art X: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Acute Art X App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Acute Art X" » Open Acute Art X » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Acute Art X » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Acute Art X app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Acute Art X servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Acute Art X" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Acute Art X app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Acute Art X might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Acute Art X. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Acute Art X then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Acute Art X not working

2. Fix Acute Art X Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Acute Art X be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Acute Art X not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Acute Art X may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
