1. Will change rating if it does.Can't log in! The credentials that my daughter used on her laptop to login will not work on this mobile app.

2. Needs a lot of improvement.Same issue with this app as many others - unable to login with child's credentials.

3. I've tried the QR Code and manually typing in his information and all it does is load, I've waited up to 10 min.

1. Fix Imagine Learning Student Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Imagine Learning Student: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Imagine Learning Student App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Imagine Learning Student" » Open Imagine Learning Student » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Imagine Learning Student » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Imagine Learning Student app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Imagine Learning Student servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Imagine Learning Student" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Imagine Learning Student app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Imagine Learning Student might not work.
