1. This app is garbage use CDL PREP instead it's almost verbatim on BMV\DMVApp is buggy, marks correct answers incorrect (while providing information that clearly shows my answer was correct), randomly changes language between questions.

2. Please use all resources available to you to pass your CDL exam because this app alone is somewhat helpful but not guaranteed.DO NOT USE! Not only are some of the answers it says is correct, but it also on the hard version of the exam gave me 4 questions in Spanish and 56 in english... I don't speak Spanish.

3. great app you should get this appThis app is okay for some use but it contain a lot of errors such as giving you the wrong answer, some misspelled words in the questions, and several questions asked in another language that's not beneficial if you only speak English.

4. i really like how on multiple choice test questions ,, ,, you think ok ,, im pretty sure that one is the right ansure and then imediatly after you get to find out if you got it right or wrong and right then when you find out they always have a short or long paragraph explaining why very detailed explanation of proper truckdriving procedure .

6. Everytime I take an exam it starts going bilingual and marking my correct answers incorrect.

1. Fix CDL Study Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CDL Study: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CDL Study App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CDL Study" » Open CDL Study: Permit Prep Test » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CDL Study » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CDL Study: Permit Prep Test app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CDL Study servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CDL Study: Permit Prep Test" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CDL Study app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CDL Study might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CDL Study. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CDL Study then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CDL Study not working

2. Fix CDL Study Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CDL Study be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CDL Study not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CDL Study may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
