1. They sent me an automated email claiming my progress had been saved but my profile was "incomplete." When I logged in it had bumped me back to the first step in profile creation!!! Apparently all it did was create my username and password 😖 Never had an issue like this with any app!It's an interesting idea, and it does have real people on it, although the people all seem to be from other countries.

2. Cannot view anything without paying or "watch video." Video button doesn't work and I'm not paying for something im just trying to feel out.

5. First, the ad reward system: I actually like being able to watch ads for a reward rather than either having to pay or be SOL; the problem is that you select to watch an ad, and the screen goes white.

1. Fix CDFF Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CDFF: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CDFF App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CDFF" » Open CDFF: Christian Dating App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CDFF » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CDFF: Christian Dating App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CDFF servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CDFF: Christian Dating App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CDFF app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CDFF might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CDFF. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CDFF then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CDFF not working

2. Fix CDFF Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CDFF be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CDFF not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CDFF may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
