1. After a few payment supposedly i should earn the rewards points for my payment last few month ago that for January and February but it doesn't credited anymore to my account.
2. Has Smart discontinued it's rewards program? Texting POINTS to 9800 doesn't work either and Smart is unresponsive on Twitter about this.
3. I've been paying my Sun postpaid bills for the past few years on time, even weeks before the due date but I'm not getting any rewards recently, even on my other enrolled accounts like Maynilad.
4. Unlike with Globe One, upon payment of my bills I'm immediately able to earn points that are readily available for use in the list of options.App isn't opening.
5. But after I used my 20 pesos rewards because i wast told that it will expire, (yes after so many years i only got 20 points and it sucks) i never got any points after.
6. For one, the app is not very user-friendly.I don't fully understand how we are able to gain rewards points.
7. Same with other users issue, you don't know how and when you can get the points.At first i earn a huge reward points due to early payment.
8. I spent bunch of my rewards points to buy e-tickets.
9. I've been diligently paying my bills for months after signing to this app, and I still haven't acquired any points.
10. I tried to redeem a load through TNT but it kept saying an error "can't connect to server" what is wrong with you guys This is so rediculous! If there's only way to rate you below 1 star, and I'll rate you that way, you guys are not deserve for a 5 star.
11. So now MVP rewards is absolutely useless.Doesn't work as of June 2020.
