1. Every time i scan my NVR it shift me to another application.. and its not working !!! Whats wrong with this app ?????With a 3-year warranty, tier-2 support from Uniview, and a better image quality than Hikvision (based on a side-by-side test evaluating details and colors)..This is not an app, just adverts to connect to EZView.

1. Fix UNV Camera Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart UNV Camera: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the UNV Camera App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "UNV Camera" » Open UNV Camera » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for UNV Camera » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear UNV Camera app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from UNV Camera servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "UNV Camera" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check UNV Camera app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, UNV Camera might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall UNV Camera. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall UNV Camera then reinstall.
