BUBU Dating Customer Insights

1. The advertisement is misleading as when going through the app, after paying the subscription, I cannot see a single person who liked my profile, and you simply can't swipe on them from the menu, you need to hope that they show up on your swiping page.

2. They really need to work on functionality and giving users freedom if they want it to be great.Horrible!!!! You go through hoping to find someone with similar interests and it shows you multiple women saying they live close by and would like to message you.

3. One thing I can say that does turn me off is the fact even with premium showing you who likes you but will never actually let you swipe on that person when you click their profile.

4. You can view the people that have liked you but it doesn't give the option to go ahead and match.

5. This app is just a big scam.Not a bad price, but it's ridiculous that you have to pay to message and that you can't directly like people back.

6. You have to swipe and the people that have liked you doesn't even show up.

7. You have to just keep swiping and hope you find them and I have stacked up people and have swiped on less than ten.

8. I have the premium and I can't even change my location to see people around me and its says i have messages but nothing shows up.

9. I have to close out the app; and then click on the message notification to have a hope of seeing the message (sometimes it goes to someone else's message that I have already seen).

10. They want you to spend more money on top of the $23.38 to send messages before you match which seems to be the only way to match with someone.

11. I've sent emails with all the information but they want more information.They neutered my account as soon as I upgraded.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix BUBU Dating Issues

1. Fix BUBU Dating Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart BUBU Dating: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the BUBU Dating App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BUBU Dating" » Open BUBU Dating: Meet, Match, Date » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BUBU Dating » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear BUBU Dating: Meet, Match, Date app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BUBU Dating servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BUBU Dating: Meet, Match, Date" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check BUBU Dating app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BUBU Dating might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall BUBU Dating. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BUBU Dating then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BUBU Dating not working


2. Fix BUBU Dating Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BUBU Dating be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BUBU Dating not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BUBU Dating may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
