• I cancelled over a year ago which does not seem yo have registered and reconfirm my canacellation as I have no use for net nanny.

• I noticed my account has a pending charge for $55 for another year of Net Nanny. I did not receive any notification that my year was almost up. I would like to cancel my subscription please. Most of the features have never worked. Only part of Net Nanny that has worked on my sons phone is blocking certain websites. $55 is to much for the one feature for me. Thanks for canceling my subscription. Please refund my $54.99
