1. Delete Aiwit Account through Email

There are 2 methods to get your data (and account) deleted by Aiwit:

  1. Under GDPR: EU/UK Residents have the right to ask (via email), an organization that holds data about them to delete it. This is known as the ‘right to erasure’. Organizations have one month to respond to the request.

  2. Under CCPA: California residents have the right to request that a company delete the data/personal information it has on them. A failure to comply with this will result in a fine of upto $7,500.

  2. Click on "General" » "Iphone Storage".
  3. Select the app, and click "Delete Aiwit".

  1. Go to your Android phone Settings.
  2. Click on "Apps & Games".
  3. Select "Aiwit" and Click "Uninstall".

  • I have a aiwit video door bell and have free 3 day playback on my device its my mother's who all of a sudden you are asking for a subscription when it's surpose to be free.   • Hello, I have the Eken doorbell camera, that was given to me as a gift Jan 1st. It worked absolutely fine for a month, the batteries went from 58% to 0%. I brought it in to charge, but it at first gave no indication of charging. I then checked the batteries with a multimeter after charging and they were fully charged. The outside unit appears to be dead, although it did charge the batteries. I also purchased the video monitoring for a year, which is absolutely of no use without a function out door unit. Can you help please. Thank you. The unit was purchased from Amazon.

  • Says offline try again later. I got it to work 2 times but each time it goes offline after about 2 hours. Now it will only give offline message and I can't get necessary promps to put it back on line and stay. I prefer my money refunded. Contacting a person with Awit is impossible. I will buy a Ring unit because they give phone numbers fir you to contact a real person and will resolve issues immediately.   • I stopped seeing my videos on the cloud storage. It is asking now for a subscription which is not correct. According to my purchase package customers are entitled to 7 days free cloud storage, and there is no monthly fees. It’s written on the box and instructions booklet with Aiwit application on it. I have the camera since October 2021 and it was working fine until yesterday January 11 2022. I have contacted customer service though my application about the issue, they replied saying I need to get a subscription . I sent pictures of the camera box and booklet as a proof that customers don’t need subscription , but since then no one has replied or corrected the issue. If the cloud service is not restored to customers this need to be reported as false advertising to the Obudsman office . Please correct the issue as soon as possible and restore the 7 days free cloud service to customers. Thank you
