My Aiwit wireless video/doorbell will not allow me to change the WiFi network. In addition you must push the button several time to get the doorbell to ring. In the change WiFi network menu it says device is not working. No video at all.
Have Aiwitt video doorbell which is working ok and recording video footage. Every time I go in to look at my video recordings, a pop up arrives and prevents me from viewing anything. Have tried to stop through Google and re-installation but cannot rid of it

I contacted Aiwit through chat in app, as saying I have to pay for FREE storage that was a lifetime free service, they state it's expired after 2 years, this is a total SCAM, Amazon who sold it don't care either.
Why are you asking for me to subscribe to a free service? I bought this doorbell because it offered free lifetime storage if you’re not going to rectify then I shall buy one that offers this and sticks to what they offer! Also no way of contacting customer services on the app anymore! Disgusting!!!!!

Hi I’m unable to play my recordings on my doorbell as a pop up about storage comes up and I cannot clear it please advise
When I bought this doorbell it was mainly due to free subscription with 7 day replay on all alerts, now all of a sudden I can not access my alerts & asking to start a free 30 trial or £28.99 for 1 year.
When will you fix your error? Do I need to update my app? Or my phone?
How very annoying, you have not sent out any communication to my email regarding this error.
