1. Delete Aiwit Account through Email

There are 2 methods to get your data (and account) deleted by Aiwit:

  1. Under GDPR: EU/UK Residents have the right to ask (via email), an organization that holds data about them to delete it. This is known as the ‘right to erasure’. Organizations have one month to respond to the request.

  2. Under CCPA: California residents have the right to request that a company delete the data/personal information it has on them. A failure to comply with this will result in a fine of upto $7,500.

  2. Click on "General" » "Iphone Storage".
  3. Select the app, and click "Delete Aiwit".

  1. Go to your Android phone Settings.
  2. Click on "Apps & Games".
  3. Select "Aiwit" and Click "Uninstall".

  • My Aiwit wireless video/doorbell will not allow me to change the WiFi network. In addition you must push the button several time to get the doorbell to ring. In the change WiFi network menu it says device is not working. No video at all.

  • I contacted Aiwit through chat in app, as saying I have to pay for FREE storage that was a lifetime free service, they state it's expired after 2 years, this is a total SCAM, Amazon who sold it don't care either.

  • Why are you asking for me to subscribe to a free service? I bought this doorbell because it offered free lifetime storage if you’re not going to rectify then I shall buy one that offers this and sticks to what they offer! Also no way of contacting customer services on the app anymore! Disgusting!!!!!

  • When I bought this doorbell it was mainly due to free subscription with 7 day replay on all alerts, now all of a sudden I can not access my alerts & asking to start a free 30 trial or £28.99 for 1 year.
    When will you fix your error? Do I need to update my app? Or my phone?
    How very annoying, you have not sent out any communication to my email regarding this error.
