Cancel Aiwit Subscription on iPhone & iPad

  1. On your phone, open "Settings" and tap your Apple ID profile.
  2. Click "Subscriptions" and select "Aiwit".
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm the cancellation.

Alternative method via AppStore:

  1. Goto the Appstore » your Profile » Subscriptions.
  2. select "Aiwit" and click "Cancel Subscription".

  1. Launch the PlayStore app and click the hamburger menu icon.
  2. Select "Subscriptions" » tap "Aiwit" » click "Cancel Subscription".
  3. Your subscription to Aiwit will now be canceled.


Cancel Aiwit Subscription on PayPal

  1. Sign in to your PayPal Account and click "Settings ".
  2. Select "Payments" and click "Manage Automatic Payments".
  3. Under Automatic Payments tab, click "Aiwit" or "WIT Electronics Limited" » "Cancel".
  4. You are now unsubscribed from Aiwit


Cancel Aiwit via Email

  1. Open your email app
  2. Provide all the relevant information regarding your account.
  3. Provide a reason for the cancelation.

I want this cancelling as I've problem after problem with this doorbell losing connection all the time I've even had my Internet provider out to check my Internet and it's all fine. I'm paying for something I can't use. I know I've done a full years subscription I'd be happy with just half of the refund back. This needs cancelling at youre end or I'll be taking this matter further and getting higher people involved. You can email Google too as they was the one who took my payment.

You have just taken a subscription charge of 29.49 order number GPA-3375-4053-7635-73931 ..after I have been trying to get a refund and cancellation on a subscription on the 12.3.24 for £28.49 oder number 3331-3069-4420-92542 from 12th March. I have repeatedly asked to have this refunded within an hour of subscribing as the cameras were faulty..my previous cameras stopped charging. I requested this through the app and have been ignored and given advise that is irrelevant. I do not have any working Awit cameras..I could not cancel via the subscriptions on Google play as it is not showing on there. I will ask again via this method to please refund the subscription from March and the subscription that was taken today. And both refunded. Thank you.

I purchased your Aiwit video doorbell T8 from Amazon last month, at first it worked fine and now it does not ring my phone when some one is ringing my doorbell, so I am missing when guests come! I thought the problem was it needed a subscription (even tho it worked before and nothing changed and it won’t do it any more) also, ALL notifications are ON. After much troubleshooting I am returning this item to Amazon! And I want my $28.99 back! Plus was I charged when I wasn’t supposed to be, because it said I would get a 30 day trial! Hi, i signed up for the 12-month iCloud storage with a doorbell purchase I made over a month ago. I was given 1 month of free storage before having to make the subscription. In the meantime, the doorbell became faulty and I canceled my subscription within the free months trial.I then purchased a second doorbell signed up for the free months storage and gave my credit card details.
