1. This experience is very disappointing.Worst experience ever! I like this app cuz it have good features but when I made a brief informative card with spending more the half an hour I properly clicked save button but darn! I didn't find in my saved card and my phone's memory as well ! That's why I don't liked it! I request please improve this ....it could be better.

2. the cards are lovely.This app is good the only problem I have is I can't update an existing card an just change the dates .

3. Whenever I start editing a photo, the option of storage permission comes on the screen, while I have turned on the permission, but select any option, it gives the next option.

4. Uninstall it.I couldnt find the cards i made, after I saved, could only share it.

5. I have to redo the whole card every 2 weeks.App is nice but you can't edit text.

1. Fix Muslim Cards Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Muslim Cards: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Muslim Cards App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Muslim Cards" » Open Muslim Cards: Eid & Ramadan » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Muslim Cards » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Muslim Cards: Eid & Ramadan app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Muslim Cards servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Muslim Cards: Eid & Ramadan" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Muslim Cards app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Muslim Cards might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Muslim Cards. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Muslim Cards then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Muslim Cards not working

2. Fix Muslim Cards Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Muslim Cards be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Muslim Cards not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Muslim Cards may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
