It provides everything I need to track, immobilise, and analyse my vehicles fuel efficiency, as well as assess my own driving, amazing app, nothing else out there as good as this.I bought and havnt used my tracker, due to all the setup being difficult, and lengthy.. i wish i could just scan a qr code and go through the set up, step by step with out it seeming so difficult.. appart from that, if i could be bothered to do all the reading and time and effort, it looks to be a really promising app with all the things i was wanting in the app.. i just cant be bothered reading and trying to do the long setup processI absolutely love this app but recently I have to keep logging in all the time.

If you could sort out the logout issue I would be very grateful.Very nice everything thing is working perfectly only I request that the fuel cut off button be made a little bit more easier to use and faster some times it takes up to 3minuts to cut off fuel when commanded and if you are not experienced enough you may fail to resume back the fuel flow .

1. Fix Ruhavik Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ruhavik: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ruhavik App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ruhavik" » Open Ruhavik — Analyze your trips » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ruhavik » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Ruhavik — Analyze your trips app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ruhavik servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ruhavik — Analyze your trips" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ruhavik app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ruhavik might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ruhavik. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ruhavik then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ruhavik not working

2. Fix Ruhavik Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ruhavik be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ruhavik not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ruhavik may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
