Why should I report an Issue with Klart - Väder?

1. It's hard to browse through the past time, and the future is a mess.Since the app doesn't have a widget it's completely useless.. I can just as easily access their website and not have an unnecessary app downloaded...Good! But a bug is happening when you use Celsius in app, and have phone language to English, the push notifications show dumb units (Fahrenheit)Worst app ever.

2. Mostly accurate even in the Netherlands.Always shows the wrong weather! It's almost never accurate, it's rarely it's actually correct but must of the time is just shows the wrong weather, don't download it's pretty much a scam by now!Used to be accurate, but lated it feels like it just gives you a random weather and then changed it on the go.

3. Been many days the last 2 weeks it said it would be cloudy or rain and it was sunny the entire timeEasy to use app, would be good if you could put a pin on the map for your location and if you could zoom in.

4. Did you guys change your data provider? Sometimes SMHI says it will rain in while klart predicts a sunny day and vice versa.The wheather overview is okee, but the rain radar is real bad.

5. The best app when it comes to predicting the weather (at least in Sweden) but for the last year or so it has been super slow with refreshing the weather after opening up the app.

6. Also I would pay to not have ads.I have been using this app for years but the forecast quality really nosedived lately and is often wrong.

1. Fix Klart Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Klart: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Klart App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Klart" » Open Klart - Väder » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Klart » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Klart - Väder app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Klart servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Klart - Väder" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Klart app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Klart might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Klart. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Klart then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Klart not working

2. Fix Klart Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Klart be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Klart not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Klart may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
