1. extremely user unfriendly experience with no result and plenty of time wasted.The app is a great idea but it isnt ready yet i was using it alot to get around but then thr sudden app crashes and sometimes it doesnt show my drivers location so.

2. youbcan take over an hour trying to get a car and you cant get locations easily, crashes a lot! total disappointment!!!!The service is great and very timely but the App keeps crashing and crashing and crashing.

3. The 1 out of 10 times it works, the drivers are disrespectful and borderline agressive and if you try to call the service center for help they don't pick up or call you back.

1. Fix VW MOVE Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart VW MOVE: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the VW MOVE App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "VW MOVE" » Open VW MOVE » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for VW MOVE » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear VW MOVE app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from VW MOVE servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "VW MOVE" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check VW MOVE app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, VW MOVE might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall VW MOVE. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall VW MOVE then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing VW MOVE not working

2. Fix VW MOVE Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make VW MOVE be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to VW MOVE not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, VW MOVE may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
