If you purchase a pandora alarm, and use the app, you'll need to invest in a Samsung or similar.There is no firmware update on the app, clo e function is not working and doesn't show address from the tracking, just says address not defined, very poor app, I would not use againit works well, I'm happy with this app and alarm system.

7. So, I'd like to know if anybody can help me?Why!? I have the light pro installed on my car... the app connected with ease and thats where the good parts end! Most of the functions do NOT do anything!? I can lock/unlock from the app, open/close the boot and remote start.

8. The problem: The fuel level can't be shown by alarm system (DX90BT) at all.

9. All other functions do absolutely nothing! Why have all these buttons if they don't work? And please do not get me started on the watch app!! can't get a code to pair it with the app so just useless!!App is good and working.

10. I only wish there were more options to change in the alarm settings.

11. Suggested developer's solution is not an option cause the main root cause of my situation could be because of android auto restart.

1. Fix Pandora BT Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Pandora BT: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Pandora BT App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pandora BT" » Open Pandora BT » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pandora BT » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Pandora BT app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pandora BT servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Pandora BT" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Pandora BT app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pandora BT might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Pandora BT. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Pandora BT then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Pandora BT not working

2. Fix Pandora BT Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Pandora BT be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Pandora BT not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Pandora BT may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
