Why should I report an Issue with Children motivation – kids 24?

1. Uninstalling.I was so excited by all the features and would have even paid (a one time fee) but the reward feature (the only unique feature) doesn't work! It plays the add but doesn't let you do the coloring page or puzzle.Reward part of app doesn't work.

2. Wish there were levels of rewards, like the coloring book for 3 good, then spin the wheel if they reached the next goal, such as good all day/no clouds.Unfinished app and no support whatsoever.

3. The good bevior seems to work, but the "rain cloud" prompts to a punishment immediately, instead of after child has reached the allowable #.

4. The concept is sound however it's poorly implemented and the puzzle rewards don't work at all (the coloring reward does).

One suggestion that I think would make the app even better would be having the option to input why the child got a "good sun" or "bad rain cloud"... with all I do, at the end of the week if one of my kidos ask why a cloud was given earlier in the week sometimes its hard to remember exactly why a "good sun" or "bad rain cloud" was given.

6. My kids do like the coloring book pages and spinning the wheel so that's been good.

7. 1 star rating is too much.Love the app! I am a mother of 5 and it really helps get my kidos to WANT to work hard, try to be good, and be nice to each other.

8. In fact, my kids love it so far but when they get rewarded with puzzles, the puzzles never work.

9. You have the option of watching a video or paying to remove ads, but when you watch the video, the puzzle or coloring page still does still not open.Very basic, but it does the job.

10. I would much rather set my own rewards than use the preset ones like "icecream" and "extra tv time".Great for Potty Training!!! I used this app to potty train my 2 yr.

11. The app keep stating were placing the pieces in the wrong spots but we are not and my kids really like the puzzles.

1. Fix Children motivation Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Children motivation: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Children motivation App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Children motivation" » Open Children motivation – kids 24 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Children motivation » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Children motivation – kids 24 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Children motivation servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Children motivation – kids 24" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Children motivation app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Children motivation might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Children motivation. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Children motivation then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Children motivation not working

2. Fix Children motivation Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Children motivation be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Children motivation not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Children motivation may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
