1. System doesn't show that location is accessed, but so might be something around API hook.During registration new account after making photo of licence app automatically restarts without any prompt (loosing all data previously put) and of course not registering an account.

Sometimes it shows the car available, but once press book - it's no longer on the map :) also very stupid that option to report car damage is available only after you start rent - so you pay for the time when you take pictures of scratches, damages on the car (which is ridiculous)I didn't know, why this app have such low rating- but now i understand.

3. Registration is simple, and the account gets verified quickly, and most of all, especially with cities like Kraków or Warsaw, where taking Taxi can be expensive or dangerous (Ub*r, Freen*w, B*lt, etc.), taking Panek is a safer and cheaper alternative.

4. The most annoying part is ridiculously slow app.Service itself is great! But app is a nightmare.. It's super slow, so you loose approx 2-3 mins to close the car (if you lucky, otherwise - call help line).

5. Usage of the app is intuitive, once you finish registering and get used to it, you can unlock the car in seconds and start driving.The service area had been greatly reduced over the week.

6. Urgently fix customer service, I needed twice try to contact them but no one picked the phone or answered my messages on Messenger 2.

7. It showes me message "your account will be verified soon in 1 hour"...but i sended my documents 1 month ago! And to contact with support you have to download "messenger" app.

8. It might be because I done it at 3AM but making any prompt that servoce is unavaliable would make an impression that you try to value your customers' time.Update, and after following the advice in dev response I'd grade them lower if I could.

9. It's not my phone as this doesn't happen with any other application and I've checked the app settings, there is nothing restricting it from connecting to data.

10. Rude and unhelpful customer service, highly unprofessionally, and possibly unsafe data protection practices.

11. At this moment it excludes several districts in Wroclaw which makes it very inconvenient to use.The app won't connect unless I'm on WiFI which is stupid because how am I supposed to rent a car if I'm in the middle of the city.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix PANEK CarSharing Issues

1. Fix PANEK CarSharing Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart PANEK CarSharing: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the PANEK CarSharing App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PANEK CarSharing" » Open PANEK CarSharing » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PANEK CarSharing » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear PANEK CarSharing app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PANEK CarSharing servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PANEK CarSharing" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check PANEK CarSharing app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PANEK CarSharing might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall PANEK CarSharing. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PANEK CarSharing then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PANEK CarSharing not working


2. Fix PANEK CarSharing Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PANEK CarSharing be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PANEK CarSharing not working. Make sure all VPNs are off

Hello Panek, I need my account and data deleted please. I had registered thinking I was able to use the service but wasn’t able to due to not having additional proper documentation at the moment.
