1. Weather Alarm is an application which warns you of an incoming precipitation (rain, snow, hail), especially useful it is for predicting incoming storms and hail.

2. This application is especially suitable when you are having outdoor activities like hiking, skiing, motorcycling, biking, ... or it can remind you, that you have to move your car in a safe place when a hail is coming towards you.

3. Our main algorithm is based on real-time calculations of radar images of selected country and runs on our servers.

4. When our servers detect possibility of precipitation on your location, you will get notification on your phone.

5. That means, that it does not warn you in situations when precipitation cell is near you, but it is not coming towards you.

1. Fix WeatherAlarm Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WeatherAlarm: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WeatherAlarm App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WeatherAlarm" » Open WeatherAlarm » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WeatherAlarm » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WeatherAlarm app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WeatherAlarm servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WeatherAlarm" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WeatherAlarm app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WeatherAlarm might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WeatherAlarm. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WeatherAlarm then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WeatherAlarm not working

2. Fix WeatherAlarm Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WeatherAlarm be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WeatherAlarm not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WeatherAlarm may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
