1. itanalyzes the app it asked for a lot more stuff than you think it asked for full permission of every aspect of your phone it dissects your phone and then syncs it into their program do not use this app.p.s you failed to see the point of me writing this you cannot fix this the damage they've already been done don't I already reported this let's just say I know what I'm talking about.!!!!cool app for buying and selling art but kinda slow[update] App can now be open, everything is solved, thanks 🙏 (Since the last update, the app cannot be opened anymore...)Cool idea, but every time I click on an artwork, the page won't load.

2. Pls fix it.This app would be okay if it was usable but as you scroll through long auction lists or artists works it begins to lag and increases exponentially until you just quit.

3. Instagram can load thousands of pics and links but 15 pics in and this app is almost unusable? Come on.

4. I had to come back to my desktop to login as my phone didn't not save the password across my devices.

5. Overall though, It is a good way to look at art despite the apps clunkiness.App refusing to launch after the latest update.

1. Fix Artsy Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Artsy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Artsy App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Artsy" » Open Artsy: Buy & Resell Artworks » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Artsy » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Artsy: Buy & Resell Artworks app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Artsy servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Artsy: Buy & Resell Artworks" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Artsy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Artsy might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Artsy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Artsy then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Artsy not working

2. Fix Artsy Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Artsy be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Artsy not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Artsy may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
