Not certain how likely I am to use this company againat first glance it seems cheaper due to the daily cost of 150nis which is charged for having the vehicle for more than 8 hours, but it seems that you're charged 2.3 for every KM you drive (up to 50KM, then it drop to 1.3). Ended up with a 300nis bill for having the vehicle at my possession for 20 hours and driving approximately 60-70KM total, after checking online there were cheaper options Customer service is abysmal, streight up hung up on me when I said I don't want their "neutral" routeI was charged 175 nis for the parking ticket that that was received before I was using GoTo.
2. I'm not a paying costumer, and already not happy with the service.Some things that need clarification about this app: 1) The price listed per hour is not wholely correct - it's for the car alone 2) It is necessary to tack on the amount per KM of use to your final number 3) Then take into account that the amount you pay for returning the car early is 50% In sum, I'm not certain that there is any amount I saved for less than 6 hours of use compared to renting a car for a day from a standard rental company.
3. Next, I want to see goto cars at places like Ramon airport where rentals are all closed for the weekend - just when I need one.The verification process failed, they said they will contact me within 72 hours but it's been more than a week and still nothing.
4. In the old App I just need to choose the time frame I need the car and than I can see which of the cars are available for me in my location, know I choose a car and than can look of it is available.
5. The app kept crashing as I tried to upload photos so I called, and after being on hold for a long time they finally arranged for a different car in a different location.
6. Login issues every second time i open it, language bug, that shows me that i'm on eng but im on heb, and a lot of other bugs and dangerous UX decisions.
7. Get a cat any time of day or night, when you need it most and rental companies are all closed.
8. In all I didn't get going until an hour after my reservation, but they charged me for that time anyway.
9. Unreliable so I'm afraid to try another bike as I don't want it to get stuck again and have to deal with CS again.Wow.... You had a great app and now it is one of the worse user experience that have.
10. Second time the car I reserved was all dented from front to back with part of the bumper hanging down.
11. Had to call customer service and waited 5 minutes for an answer.
