1. After days of finally deciding to subscribe and paying the monthly subscription, I find the App very time consuming that I have to take a lot of pictures again and again because everytime I do the "Magic" for the background purposes, most of the time, parts of the "Subject" are "Erased".

2. For filter apps and makeup apps that's fine and dandy, but for the slightly more technical side of photo editing, like removing backgrounds for example, the fewer buttons and the easier it is, the better! Great job, 5/5 ⭐I love the end results.

3. Also, The Avatar feature wants you pay for the Avatar even if you paid for full subscription.I have an Android and I don't think all the features on iPhone are available.

4. First, there is a small icon that denotes a premium feature, but it doesn't tell you what this feature does or explain it in any way.

5. You can even set your final picture resolution! Thus app continues to get better w/every update I recommend this to anyone, the possibilities are endless!!(Note: I've just recently contacted support so I may be able to resolve this issue.) Usually, this app works amazingly.

6. It's awesome for product photography and making posts for my store but it's sooooo slow and seems to only work a quarter of the time.

7. Clicking on premium feature only shows the purchase page, no tutorial This app is terrible in many ways.

8. On the Customer Support page, there is a suggestion to send a screen recording, but where should it be sent? There are no instructions.

9. I was, by sheer luck, close and open the phone using my fingerprint and then I decided to reopen the project, as it had deleted the majority of my work.

10. Please fix it because it would be an awesome tool for sellers like me if it worked all the time like it's supposed to.It was confusing and the options were VERY limited.

11. Then, there is AI replace, which does not have a premium icon but you still cannot use it unless you pay or put in cc for free trial.

    I had a 7 day trial and have a billing issue through apple pay. Is there some other way for me to pay? Like paypal or directly by card?

  • Because I am not sure if my message has been successful I am trying again to send it. Iam not happy with this app. I purchased it this morning 8/2/21. Used it for approx one hour and already having issues. It keeps on freezing. Iam wasting time that I don’t have. Iam seeking a refund. I payed with bpay. Look forward to hear from you as soon as possible, hopefully with a positive response.

  • The app has been freezing and not loading lately. Very inconsistent. I sell for a MLM and a group of our girls are complaining how glitchy it has been. This holds up our buisness as we are dependent of this app to edit our photos.
