1. would rate 5 stars if the above issues were addressedIt's better than any other app cuz its alomst like using chalk and board literally , i like the sound effects too , usually i use this app to learn something so i keep on writing and repeating whenever and wherever i'm free , useful for exams ,I just wish for more colored chalks , it gets a bit difficult to switch to chalk once you've used duster but I've learned that by double tapping on duster it automatically changes to chalk and for shortcut i can use the bin that instantly erases everythingThe windows version is better.

2. Hope these can be improved.I just installed it and after 2 minutes of installing it i just uninstalled please guys put some real sounds or dont put any another apps are literally very better....please uninstall please everyone .......tbis apps sucks🤢🤢🤢I HATE this app ,please dont install it.

3. that and when I pull up the chalk tray, eraser, whatever I'm trying to use, that it would actually fit on my screen (which is saying something coming from a Note9 user).

1. Fix Real Chalkboard Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Real Chalkboard: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Real Chalkboard App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Real Chalkboard" » Open Real Chalkboard » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Real Chalkboard » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Real Chalkboard app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Real Chalkboard servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Real Chalkboard" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Real Chalkboard app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Real Chalkboard might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Real Chalkboard. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Real Chalkboard then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Real Chalkboard not working

2. Fix Real Chalkboard Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Real Chalkboard be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Real Chalkboard not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Real Chalkboard may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
