Thank you carX.This car tracking app it's working Good, but many time it's not showing current location of a car and more time stuck, and not updated on time....and it's under immobilizer engine on off system but i try to do engine off but it's not working....then after i do whatsapp message to carx ,but not any reply from carx ...One of the worst gps tracker I have ever seen, if there was an option for zero I would have given it, no proper info is given.

2. But having some server issue but its ok i can understand its a network they can't do anything.. Rest all features working in appropiate manner.

  1. Restart CarX | Connected Car: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the CarX | Connected Car App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CarX | Connected Car" » Open CarX | Connected Car » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CarX | Connected Car » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear CarX | Connected Car app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CarX | Connected Car servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CarX | Connected Car" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check CarX | Connected Car app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CarX | Connected Car might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall CarX | Connected Car. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CarX | Connected Car then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CarX | Connected Car not working
