Debit and Credit Customer Insights

1. See it doesn't clearly describe it or give a hint, i thought the paid version was excellent, just says it goes to debit or credit i think its lazy.

2. Stay away from it.This app looked good but didnt let me try it for free and didnt want to pay for the full version immediately if I hate it.

3. Says you only get 5 plays (60 seconds each) without paid version, I was able to keep playing after the 5 times though.

4. 80% of tasks is double entry of processing and reimbursing an expense!You get 5 plays and then you have to buy the full version.

5. Not worth paying for it in my opinion.Good but the thing is that what is petty cash? A liability? Since i purchased with office money.

6. Most of the game covered with expenses mostlyI like the concept but it is really lacking variety.

7. Not much teaching, you have to already know the debit and credit basics to play.

8. Very simples could add more features but good training.

9. In double T and in 4 T things needs to be improved.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Debit and Credit Issues

1. Fix Debit and Credit Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Debit and Credit: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Debit and Credit App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Debit and Credit" » Open Debit and Credit - Accounting » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Debit and Credit » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Debit and Credit - Accounting app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Debit and Credit servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Debit and Credit - Accounting" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Debit and Credit app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Debit and Credit might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Debit and Credit. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Debit and Credit then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Debit and Credit not working


2. Fix Debit and Credit Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Debit and Credit be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Debit and Credit not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Debit and Credit may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
