CheersTrying to find the payny tolls app that is stated on the bill I received but God there's so many fake scammer apps and not a way to see what it's going to look like so now I will have to mail it in which takes more time and when are they going to keep the promise that interstate 90 in NY was going to be a toll free interstate ?Wish the NYS Thruway Authority App was as comprehensive as the authority's website.

2. Other than that, the app seems to work well ...but I'll admit that I don’t use it much, so I don't really test it a lot.App is useful for a lot of things, but it does not allow you to signup for EZ Pass notifications from within App.

3. App needs to provide easier access to the weather forecasts for the various thruway sections (Interstate 90, 87, 95).This isn't an Android APK.

4. ZERO STARS.Have been unable to install since upgrade to Android 12 on Google Pixel 5.

5. Maybe hire some actual Android coders who could create a usable actionable APK into the E-Z Pass System.

6. Finally! An app that let's us see how far to the next rest stop AND if it's open! Thank you, thank you, thank you! We haven't fully explored everything, but it has solved our biggest problem.

7. Also now it's telling me on my new iPad that it isn't compatible to my device etc.. why??If we could pay EZ-Pass straight in the app, instead of being pushed to a browser, I would 5-star.

8. Before I was able to put in just the license plate n save then directs me if there is any tickets and I'm not able to view anything.

1. Fix NYS Thruway Authority Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart NYS Thruway Authority: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the NYS Thruway Authority App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "NYS Thruway Authority" » Open NYS Thruway Authority » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for NYS Thruway Authority » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear NYS Thruway Authority app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from NYS Thruway Authority servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "NYS Thruway Authority" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check NYS Thruway Authority app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, NYS Thruway Authority might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall NYS Thruway Authority. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall NYS Thruway Authority then reinstall.
