My Movies 3 Pro Customer Insights

1. Movies listed in alphabetical order, you can flip the movie to view the back, batch processing works great, especially when you have a ton of movies, dvds, bluray, 4k bluray no problem! This is a superb application that I'm happy to have come across, if you have an extensive collection of movies this is the app for you, 2nd to none!I'm about half-way through cataloging my collection with this app and I'm really happy with it! It took me a moment to get used to the controls and interface, but I LOVE how customizable everything is.

2. It's nice to see my collection on my tablet instead of looking at my shelf with my head tilted sideways.Horrible Support! I paid to upgrade from version 2 to 3, and was under the impression that the import process was easy.

3. My movie collection is overflowing out of our shelves, so I wanted to box up our old DVDs, but still keep track.

4. Doesn't require monthly or annually fees to store your data which is always awesome in my opinion!Great way to track what you own and let guests see what you have without overwhelming them with the actual collection.

5. I contacted support and was told to create another account with an email address and they would transfer my collection for me... Email after email, back and forth, going in circles, they never did the transfer and stopped responding to my requests.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix My Movies 3 Pro Issues

1. Fix My Movies 3 Pro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

  1. Restart My Movies 3 Pro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the My Movies 3 Pro App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My Movies 3 Pro" » Open My Movies 3 Pro - Movie & TV » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My Movies 3 Pro » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear My Movies 3 Pro - Movie & TV app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My Movies 3 Pro servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My Movies 3 Pro - Movie & TV" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check My Movies 3 Pro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My Movies 3 Pro might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall My Movies 3 Pro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My Movies 3 Pro then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My Movies 3 Pro not working

2. Fix My Movies 3 Pro Server issues & Internet Connection

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My Movies 3 Pro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My Movies 3 Pro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My Movies 3 Pro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
