1. As a seeker I cannot login or create an account (same on web)Please update your app as search machines by its catagery (time/price/area/brand..... Thanks I expect it earlyThe seller with Machineseeker's trust badge sold us a damaged machine for 25 thousand EUR and stopped answering our emails.

2. Its helps us a lot about machine and its tools.This is an Unfair company! One of our collegaue wanted to register to their services as CUSTOMER, but by mistake he was registered as private person but subscribed their dealer account.

3. He write immediately a letter and terminated this within 24 hours, but this UNFAIR COMPANY still invoicing their service after months and many cancellation letters, and now they forcing him by lawyer letters to pay their invoices.

4. Machineseeker was served with good manner and clean understanding, and adorable and very benefical to grow industry.

5. Please everyone be careful to register at services of this company!! They are using UNFAIR CONTRACTING practices.

6. No cancellation period, no tick-box if you accept their Terms and Services, no possibility to terminate their services.

9. THIS IS A TRAP!!!Apps is good but not much user friendly.

1. Fix Machineseeker Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Machineseeker: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Machineseeker App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Machineseeker" » Open Machineseeker » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Machineseeker » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Machineseeker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Machineseeker servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Machineseeker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Machineseeker app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Machineseeker might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Machineseeker. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Machineseeker then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Machineseeker not working

2. Fix Machineseeker Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Machineseeker be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Machineseeker not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Machineseeker may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
