Why should I report an Issue with WarnWetter?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Deutscher Wetterdienst to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. From there, I have to scroll back to the real current time, couldn't find a reason for this yet.The new English version is amazing! Only the texts of the weather forecast and alerts drafted by the meteorologist remain still in German.

2. I suggest the app to use online free automatic translation (may be Google Translate?) to provide an automatic English text of the forecast and alerts.

6. But just an option.I don't know why I can't make the purchase of the full version, it says error transaction declined .. although I can purchase any other application except WarnWetter.I like it overall.

7. It has a very high level of accuracy and makes it possible to plan through the day, given the continuous time axis of the forecasts.

8. The lasted UI change makes it extremely to read the hourly forecast.

1. Fix WarnWetter Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WarnWetter: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WarnWetter App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WarnWetter" » Open WarnWetter » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WarnWetter » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WarnWetter app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WarnWetter servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WarnWetter" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WarnWetter app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WarnWetter might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WarnWetter. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WarnWetter then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WarnWetter not working

2. Fix WarnWetter Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WarnWetter be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WarnWetter not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WarnWetter may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
