Probably impossible for them to obtain because it's on real time and it changes constantly.Im totally confused why you guys are now charging for this qpl I don't understand and in another comment your say it helps developers but that does nothing for the consumer it doesn't do anything different than it did before when it was free so what exactly are we paying for? What part of a surge a mile and a half away from me is not tracking surge prices at the most important location, where I am.

3. If you are in offline mode driving in an area, the surge pops up on the screen and lets you know about the surge, which is really helpful.

4. You need to have the passenger app so it can query the system to give you the surge amount.

5. Even with the surge a mile and a half away it does not detect it.

6. This app I highly recommend to be able to track the surge Multiplier and if there is one.

1. Fix Surge Now Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Surge Now: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Surge Now App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Surge Now" » Open Surge Now for Uber » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Surge Now » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Surge Now for Uber app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Surge Now servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Surge Now for Uber" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Surge Now app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Surge Now might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Surge Now. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Surge Now then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Surge Now not working

2. Fix Surge Now Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Surge Now be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Surge Now not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Surge Now may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
