1. At first I could st least open things up enough to check things before having to restart my phone, but now just opening the app causes a total phone freeze.It's a good weather app, but I never get audible weather alerts.

2. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, and checked my location settings on my phone.I don't care too much for this app, it's not user friendly or interactive.

3. That is the only reason I have this app...though I would NEVER PAY FOR ITthe app use to work good,but now it crashes my phone.

4. I have the new app required to get text for daily forcast.The app WAS great but hasnt been able to find my location for a few months now.

7. I have never once gotten a notification from this app, I like Brian lapis voice alerts but never get them? Please fix this issue as all alerts are switched on.

10. I am going to keep this one, only to keep up with the humidity....I'm very sensitive to that and the Dew point.

1. Fix WWLP WX Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WWLP WX: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WWLP WX App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WWLP WX" » Open WWLP WX » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WWLP WX » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WWLP WX app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WWLP WX servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WWLP WX" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WWLP WX app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WWLP WX might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WWLP WX. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WWLP WX then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WWLP WX not working
