1. sure, the bracelet patterns aren't easy to read, but I looked up how to read them and now I know!! it's amazing! the app doesn't freeze, (for me) and I get to see other people's bracelets! You can also input your wrist circumference and it'll give you the right amount of string ♡︎♡︎ I have a collection of absolutely amazing bracelets that i didn't know i could do :) if you don't know whether you sgould download this app, download it!! 5 ★ for sureAs all of the others, bought the starter pack and it does not accept that I have bought it, tried waiting 24hrs (just in case it needed to register), switching my tablet on and off again etc.

2. It's so annoying! I tried on my tablet, my iPad and even my phone and it freezes at the same stop every time!Like many others I bought the starter pack so I could use the creator but it still doesn't unlock.

3. Based on the number of other complaints I see about this same issue it seems that the company doesn't care and is happy to take our money fraudulently.I got the toy to come with the app and every time I get to a certain part the app just freezes.

4. I want my money back!I had bought my iloom for ears ago... Unfortunately back then the app was only available for apple products... And now I don't have my code, and I can't justify paying for something I already payed for... Especially with the "ok" reviews... So I love the loom itself and think the app looks great, but can't access most of the features I was excited to use...i L U V this app, no lie.

5. I am extremely unhappy that I spent over $150 on the deluxe starter pack and many starter packs only to find out it was a total waste because the app doesn't work.

1. Fix i-loom Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart i-loom: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the i-loom App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "i-loom" » Open i-loom » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for i-loom » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear i-loom app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from i-loom servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "i-loom" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check i-loom app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, i-loom might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall i-loom. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall i-loom then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing i-loom not working

2. Fix i-loom Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make i-loom be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to i-loom not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, i-loom may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
