ImagineArt Customer Insights

1. Yes the ads are annoying on the free version, but the quality of images it produces based on my prompts is amazing.

2. Give up on the computer version and will keep using on my phone instead.The most recent update has made the most simplistic prompts failed process.

3. Stomping on those using the free version is cruel as we do pay, in a sense by watching those ads.This app WAS one of my favorite AI apps, until the most recent update.

4. It's a great app.I really enjoyed the free version even though I had to sit through full minutes of ads, but now the images aren't even working.

5. I think the paid version would be 10 stars !! Never seen anything like it, I dig it !!!This has been great for giving me lots of reference material, some are very close to my prompts and actually have increased my own creativity.

6. Then, if that isn't insulting enough, the newest update further limited abilities for the free version that were working fine prior to the update.

7. Also some prompts have been removed, which may or may not affect you, but the biggest issue is the reduced image quality.

8. Premium is ridiculously overpriced for a lackluster app.I think this is great !! The creator's let you play with a couple options for free.

9. Other apps will give a plethora of different images, but with this one, you'll notice all your pictures end up looking very similar.

10. Seems there's no limit to the free version, you just don't have all the options.

11. This happened overnight and now the app is junk.Great app that has a fairly low learning curve, yet allows you to produce stunning images pretty quickly.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix ImagineArt Issues

1. Fix ImagineArt Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart ImagineArt: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the ImagineArt App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ImagineArt" » Open ImagineArt: AI Image Generator » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ImagineArt » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear ImagineArt: AI Image Generator app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ImagineArt servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ImagineArt: AI Image Generator" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check ImagineArt app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ImagineArt might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall ImagineArt. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ImagineArt then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ImagineArt not working


2. Fix ImagineArt Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ImagineArt be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ImagineArt not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ImagineArt may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • Dear Imagine,

    I had opted for a free trial of this software on Nov 25 , 2023 and the payment was supposed to be charged on Nov 28, but I got charged on Nov 27 i.e 1 day before due date. I thought, it must be an error on your part, to charge me in advance. So for the next due date , I deactivated my subscription 2 days in advance, but I got charged again. I don’t understand, first you charge me in the middle of free trial, then you charge me for a deactivated subscription. Please look into this.
